Khartoum, June 11 (SUNA) - The tripartite mechanism has affirmed the postponement of the dialogue session between the political forces scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday) to a date to be determined later.

An official in the mechanism said in a brief statement to SUNA that the session scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday) was postponed and the dialogue was not canceled or suspended.

He said "tomorrow's session has been postponed only, and the dialogue is not suspended, as was reported in social media," stressing that a new date will be set later.

It is to be noted that the talks were launched between the various Sudanese parties on Wednesday of the past week, facilitated by the tripartite mechanism represented by (the United Nations, the African Union and the IGAD, in the presence of a big number of political forces and the absence of other forces.
